A native of northern New Jersey, Ms. Doron Samuel-Siegel came to Charlottesville in 1992 to attend the University of Virginia. After earning a B.A. in Government and Women’s Studies, she took up residence in the Charlottesville/Albemarle community and worked at the University for two years.

Ms. Samuel-Siegel went on to attend the University of Richmond School of Law were she was awarded a John Marshall Scholarship, U. of R.'s highest academic honor for an entering student. In 2001, Ms. Samuel-Siegel received a J.D., graduating magna cum laude. After graduation, she served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Harry L. Carrico, the then Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Virginia. Over the course of her two years in Justice Carrico's chambers, Ms. Samuel-Siegel honed her lawyering skills under the direction of one of Virginia's most respected judges.

Since joining Tucker Griffin Barnes in September 2003, Ms. Samuel-Siegel's practice has included numerous areas of law, including real estate, contracts, bankruptcy, estate administration, and general civil litigation.

Her current areas of specialization include real estate transactions, such as for-sale-by-owner contracts, co-ownership agreements, easements, leases, and covenants and restriction, as well as real estate and general litigation, including breach of contract, trespass, fraud, warranties, and landlord/tenant. Combining the advocacy of a litigator with the perspective of a transactional attorney, Ms. Samuel-Siegel enjoys representing individuals, investors, associations, and small businesses.

Cristine Nardi
Associate


Cristine Nardi joined Tucker Griffin Barnes in June 2005 and practices in the areas of business, real estate and civil litigation. Ms. Nardi has spent her legal career helping individuals understand and solve legal issues and is committed to making the law accessible to her clients.

A native of Virginia, Ms. Nardi received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia in 1988 with a major in English. After graduating from college, she spent the next six years working in the field of international development, living overseas for part of that time in Botswana, Uganda and Hungary. Ms. Nardi returned to the states to attend law school and graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin School of Law in 1998, where she was a member of the Wisconsin Law Review and earned recognition for her commitment to public service.

Early in her legal career, she clerked on the D.C. Court of Appeals where she gained exposure to a wide range of legal issues. She then became a fellow with the Women’s Law & Public Policy Fellowship Program giving her the opportunity to specifically address legal and policy issues affecting women. Prior to joining Tucker Griffin Barnes, she was legal counsel to a national, non-profit advocacy organization in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Nardi is a member of both the Virginia and Wisconsin state bars, the Virginia Women Attorneys Association and the Charlottesville-Albemarle Bar Association. She and her family live on a farm in Nelson County where they also operate a small-scale farming business.
