  • Logan White Levy Associate

Real Estate Litigation Attorney

Logan White Levy is a real estate litigation attorney whose practice is grounded in three core principles: sharp judgment, thorough preparation, and trusted relationships. She approaches every case with a strategic mindset and a commitment to delivering clear, practical solutions for her clients.

Prior to joining Tucker Griffin Barnes, Logan practiced at an AmLaw 50 firm in Washington, D.C., where she handled complex commercial litigation matters. Her experience in high-stakes corporate disputes gives her a distinct edge in real estate litigation—bringing precision, strong advocacy, and disciplined strategy to every matter she handles. Just as importantly, Logan prioritizes consistent, transparent communication so her clients always understand where their case stands and what comes next.

At Tucker Griffin Barnes, Logan represents clients in a wide range of real estate disputes, including:

  • Partition actions
  • Lien releases petitions
  • Boundary and easement disputes
  • Breach of contract claims
  • Residential leases drafting

She is proud to serve the individuals, families, and businesses that make up the Central Virginia community, and she is dedicated to ensuring every client feels informed, confident, and supported throughout the legal process.

A Charlottesville resident and graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, Logan has strong ties to the local community. She’s a loyal fan of the Wahoos—unless they’re playing her undergraduate alma mater, Virginia Tech. Outside the office, Logan enjoys writing, reading, spending time with her two cats, and watching Jeopardy! with her husband, all while taking full advantage of life in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
